This song needs to be played in the key of F because of the voicing of the add 9 chord on the tonic.
F is a little high for me to sing. When I'm playing live I usually just suck it up and sing the song in F.
For the recording,  I tuned the guitar down a half step This has me actually singing in the key of E
- much more comfortable. The first chart is in the key of F. This is how I actually played it,
although the guitar was tuned down a half step.

The second chart would be what the concert pitch of the guitar is when tuned down.
