November 5, 2025: I did a podcast with Harry Reed called, “Interesting People I Know.” I’m not the most interesting man in the world, but I guess I’m interesting to a few people. So for those folks, some backstory on my guitar journey takes up a large portion of this interview.
Mama Ray died August 24th, 2025. Per her wishes, the Saturday Afternoon Jam continues under the auspices of Lori Tucker. We're calling it, "Mama Ray's Legacy Jam Featuring Lori Tucker."
Mama Ray's 39th Anniversary Jam on Aug 9 was a huge blowout; BB's was packed all day. It was the 2nd to last jam Mama ran. She appeared the following week (Aug 16) and went into the hospital the next day. She died a week later.

I've been doing some enjoyable gigs here and there with Yubu.
Yubu is a singer/songwriter based in Memphis TN, originally from Nairobi Kenya. He has explored a variety of genres, all the way from old school hiphop to alternative rock n roll, pop, soul, blues and of course reggae. His experience with different genres and vocal prowess has enabled him to master the art of live performances as well as songwriting.
August 31, 2024: Been getting tons of work at Jonathan's thanks to Mikole Kaar who books the place. I'm there 3 Fridays a month through the end of October. Will start regularly live-streaming from there.
